Registration
Registration is located at the congress entrance from Bułhaka street (Park INN Hotel).
The opening hours are:
November 4, 2021 (Thursday) 8:00 – 16:00
November 5, 2021 (Friday) 08:00 – 15:00
Badges
Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. This badge should be worn
at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events.
Language
The official language of the Conference is Polish. The program will include lectures in Polish and English.
Organizers will provide translation.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is located in the registration area. It is free of charge for congress attendees, with the following
opening hours:
November 4, 2021 (Thursday) 8:00 – 21:30
November 5, 2021 (Friday) 08:00 – 16:00
COVID-19 Restrictions
The Conference will be organized in accordance with all local COVID-19 restrictions that are in force in Krakow in November 2021. This might include extra sanitary measures and social distancing. In order to ensure a safe congress, the following measures will be in place:
- Limitation of the number of participants in the congress and inside the room to guarantee physical
distancing,
- Temperature check for all visitors entering the venue,
- Promotion of use of hand sanitizers. The required sanitizer dispensers are available in designated and
marked places, including near entrances and exits, toilets, registration, by the lifts on each floor of the
Foyer and in the car park,
- Mouth and nose covering is mandatory on the premises of ICE Krakow.
- The maximum number of users is indicated in front of the lifts and in the lifts themselves,
- A safe distance of 1,5 metres is marked near the ticket offices, registration desk and reception desk in
order to make it easier for viewers to queue safely,
